Reiki Level I

Level I is appropriate for beginners and usually focuses on Reiki history and principles, energetic awareness, grounding, self-Reiki, foundational hand positions, ethics, and a first attunement.

The goal is not to rush toward becoming a practitioner. It is to build a personal relationship with the practice and learn what it feels like to work with attention, intention, and energy in a grounded way.

Reiki Level II

Level II is for students who have completed Level I and want to deepen their practice. Training commonly includes traditional symbols, distance practice, session structure, communication, consent, energetic boundaries, practitioner presence, and a Level II attunement.

Students practice how to hold a complete Reiki session without diagnosing, promising outcomes, or imposing spiritual interpretations on another person.

Choosing your next step

Choose Level I if you are new to Reiki, want a self-practice, or prefer to explore before deciding whether to work with others. Choose Level II when your Level I foundation feels established and you are ready for practitioner-level responsibility.
